In G-Chat “Pre-Auth Updates *DO NOT RESPOND”
CAST will receive pre-authorization approval/denial through RingCentral Fax or email.
CAST will upload the following onto the chat:
Name of the client
Approval/Denial Status
Period (Dates)
# of sessions approved
Tag (@) clinician(s)’ full name
Authorization #
Monthly Reports Checklist
Every month, CAST will list leading clinicians with reports due that month (ex. report due date is 9/30/25, and Submission due date is October, it will be listed in September 2025 block).
Clinicians are to link the report by the due date and tag/notify CAST member that the report is done
CAST will then submit to the insurance on submission due date and mark comment as resolved, then once approval status is updated, result column is updated with the reference #.
