  1. CAST will notify the clinician of a new evaluation and send a New Client Checklist through Google Chat space under [Your Name Updates] - if not sent prior to evaluation date, kindly ask CAST

  2. Review New Client Checklist to check:
    - pre-authorization requirements
    - Insurance copay & number of sessions

  3. CAST will share the SimplePractice profile and send all the appropriate forms to the client.

  4. Clinician checks the profile to monitor whether intake forms and other required documents have been completed.

  5. If not completed a day prior to the evaluation, a message is sent to the CAST through Google Chat space to let them know to reach out to the caregivers.
